You will recommend practical and scalable solutions leveraging Databricks, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, Power Platform, Power BI, and Power Automate.Working closely with Sales, Consulting, Engineering, and Delivery teams, you will support opportunities from discovery and solution proposal through demonstrations, Proofs of Concept (PoCs), solution design, ROI articulation, and handover to delivery teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead client discussions, discovery sessions, and workshops to understand business, process, and data challenges.Develop solution proposals leveraging Databricks, Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Power BI, and Power Automate.Prepare proposals, presentations, value propositions, solution demonstrations, and demo environments for data platforms, BI, analytics, AI, and automation solutions.Plan, support, and evaluate Proofs of Concept (PoCs).Articulate expected ROI, productivity gains, cost efficiencies, and process improvement opportunities.Partner with Sales teams on opportunity shaping, account strategy, and closing activities.Collaborate with technical teams on solution design, scope definition, effort estimation, and implementation approaches.Ensure a smooth transition from presales to delivery following contract award.Stay current on Databricks, Microsoft AI and data technologies, market trends, and industry use cases.Qualifications2–5 years of experience in IT solution sales, presales, IT consulting, data consulting, or another client-facing technology role.Experience in business process analysis, business improvement, requirements definition, or solution proposal development.Knowledge of or experience with Databricks, Azure AI, Power BI, Power Platform, AI, BI, cloud, analytics, or automation technologies.Basic understanding of data integration, data quality, reporting, analytics, data governance, ERP concepts, and enterprise business processes.Experience creating client proposals and delivering presentations.Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Databricks, data platforms, data engineering, lakehouse architecture, BI, analytics, or data governance.Knowledge of generative AI technologies, including Azure AI, Azure OpenAI Service, Microsoft Copilot, or Copilot Studio.Experience with Power Platform, Power BI, Dynamics 365 Business Central, or other ERP-related projects.Experience proposing AI, data, BI, digital transformation, cloud, ERP, or enterprise application solutions.Experience in a consulting firm, systems integrator, or software vendor environment.Databricks or Microsoft-related certifications.Why TecturaJoin Tectura to work on leading-edge projects leveraging Databricks, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, Power Platform, and Power BI.
