In this role, you'll combine business process expertise with technology consulting to help organizations optimize operations, identify opportunities for improvement, and maximize the value of their Microsoft Dynamics 365 investment. This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy working directly with clients, solving complex business challenges, and managing a variety of projects in a flexible, fast-paced environment. You'll have the opportunity to influence customer success, contribute to product and service innovation, and collaborate directly with experienced consultants and senior leadership.No prior experience with all of our solutions? No problem. We provide comprehensive onboarding, training, and mentorship to support your success. We are looking for 3 employees for these positions with some small differences. These positions are in our Microsoft FO and Business Central practices for Advanced Treasury and AP Automation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the implementation of Truvio’s Advanced Treasury or AP Automation solutions for multiple clients simultaneously in North AmericaAnalyze current business processes and recommend improvements aligned with our embedded best practicesFacilitate discovery workshops and gather business requirements from stakeholdersCollaborate with implementation consultants, developers, and customer project teams to support successful solution deliveryDeliver client presentations, workshops, and user trainingSupport customers during project execution and post-go-live optimizationManage multiple client engagements while maintaining project timelines and deliverablesProvide strategic feedback to internal product and consulting teams based on customer experiencesMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)3+ years of business consulting, ERP consulting, or business analysis experienceExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Business Central.Strong understanding of business processes across finance, procurement, supply chain, or operationsExperience leading client workshops and gathering business requirementsExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyComfortable working remotely within a distributed teamValid driver's license in the U.S. or CanadaDesirable AttributesExperience with business process transformation initiativesKnowledge of banking and Treasury or AP AutomationFamiliarity with change management methodologiesExperience delivering ERP implementations or optimization projectsAbility to perform engaging product demonstrations and solution workshopsStrong consulting mindset with exceptional customer relationship skillsSelf-motivated, proactive, and results-orientedCreative problem-solver with Bexcellent organizational skillsEntrepreneurial mindset and desire to grow with a fast-paced companyResponsive, adaptable, and professional under pressureOther InformationEmployment Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)Start date: Upon agreementLocation: Remote (U.S. or Canada)Travel: Up to 20%Compensation: $100,000–$140,000 annually, based on experienceAbout TruvioAt Truvio you will be part of a fast-growing modern SaaS environment who brings together established Microsoft Dynamics ISVs in one unified company, delivering a single, intelligent product portfolio built exclusively for Dynamics 365.
