Job Description: D365 Project Operations / Sales Hub DeveloperExperience: 8-10 YearsLocation: PAN IndiaRoles & ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and support solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations and Sales Hub.Customize and configure Forms, Views, Business Rules, Workflows, Business Process Flows, and Security Roles.Develop plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript, PCF controls, and Power Automate flows.Work with Dataverse, Dual Write, and Dynamics 365 integrations.Build and maintain integrations with external applications using APIs, Azure Integration Services, and Power Platform.Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support.Participate in solution design, estimations, testing, deployments, and release management.Follow best practices for security, governance, and application lifecycle management.Required Skills8-10 years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.Strong experience in D365 Project Operations and Sales Hub.Hands-on experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, and Web APIs.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse and Model-Driven Apps.Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).Exposure to Dual Write, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and integration patterns.Knowledge of ALM, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD processes.Strong understanding of CRM design patterns and Dynamics 365 best practices.Preferred SkillsMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Certifications.Experience with Project Management, Resource Scheduling, Opportunity Management, Quote-to-Cash, and Sales processes.Exposure to Power BI and Copilot integrations.Primary Skills: D365 Project Operations, Sales Hub, Dataverse, C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Platform, Plugins, Azure Integration Services.
