LocationNew York or Texas Salary Range$70,000 - $100,000 annuallyPosition OverviewWe are seeking a motivated DX Consultant / Senior Consultant to support digital transformation initiatives, data and AI solution delivery, and technology-driven business innovation. This role will work closely with enterprise clients to identify business challenges, develop practical digital solutions, and deliver measurable business value through technology.The ideal candidate is passionate about digital transformation, enjoys working in client-facing environments, and can effectively bridge business needs with technology solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement & Strategy SupportDevelop an understanding of client industries, business models, and emerging digital trends.Participate in client meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.Prepare presentations, proposals, and recommendation materials.Support business development and client relationship management activities.Assist clients in identifying opportunities for business improvement through technology.Project Coordination & DeliverySupport project managers in tracking project progress, milestones, risks, and deliverables.Coordinate activities across business and technical teams.Help ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.Contribute to successful project delivery through effective communication and stakeholder coordination.Support implementation of digital, data, and AI-related initiatives.Solution DevelopmentAnalyze business requirements and identify digital transformation opportunities.Design and develop repeatable consulting offerings and digital solutions.Build proof-of-concept applications, dashboards, AI solutions, and internal tools.Support solution implementation, testing, user adoption, and change management activities.Assist clients in optimizing business processes through technology and automation.Collaboration & Continuous ImprovementCollaborate with global and cross-functional teams in multicultural environments.Contribute to innovation initiatives and service offering enhancements.Create and maintain project documentation, reports, presentations, and knowledge assets.Share best practices and lessons learned with internal teams.Required QualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in digital transformation, consulting, project management, technology sales, engineering, or related fields.Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to build relationships and work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.Strong organizational and project coordination skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.Fluent English communication skills.Experience working in multicultural and international business environments.Preferred Technical ExperienceExperience with one or more of the following technologies is highly desirable:Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook)Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)Power BIMicrosoft FabricDynamics 365Microsoft Azure (Data & AI, PaaS services)Generative AI platforms, including Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini, and similar solutionsServiceNow and CRM platformsDatabricksSnowflakeDevOps toolsProject management and IT governance toolsPreferred Business Domain ExperienceExperience in one or more of the following areas:Employee productivity and collaborationIT training and user adoptionCustomer engagement, marketing, sales, and service operationsBusiness process optimization and workflow automationInnovation managementProduct and service developmentDigital transformation initiativesAdditional Preferred QualificationsUnderstanding of Japanese corporate culture and business practices.Experience working with hybrid, nearshore, or offshore teams.Experience supporting Japanese-affiliated companies in North America.Japanese language skills are preferred.Spanish language skills are a plus.EducationBachelor's degree in one of the following areas, or equivalent professional experience:BusinessFinanceBusiness AnalyticsInformation SystemsEngineeringComputer ScienceRelated disciplinesLanguage RequirementsEnglish: Professional proficiency requiredJapanese: PreferredSpanish: Nice to haveTo apply, please email your resume to [email protected] Show more Show less
