Summary

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Developer to design, build, and support enterprise CRM solutions as part of a large-scale business transformation. This role emphasizes custom development, Power Platform automation, and third-party integrations, including DocuSign, within a complex, integrated systems environment.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain custom plugins, workflows, and extensions in Dynamics 365 CE

Configure and extend Dataverse entities, forms, views, and security roles

Build and support Power Apps (Model-Driven and Canvas) and Power Automate flows

Design and support API-based integrations using Azure and middleware services

Implement and maintain DocuSign ISV integrations within Dynamics 365

Collaborate with QA, Business, and Architecture teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions

Support testing, deployments, and post-release issue resolution across environments
