该职位来源于猎聘 Position SummaryASSA ABLOY is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Senior Business Consultant to lead Supply Chain Management process design, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives across the APAC region. The role serves as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and is accountable for delivering scalable, sustainable, and business-focused ERP solutions. Business Transformation LeadershipLead end-to-end business process transformation initiatives across Procurement, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Logistics, Distribution, Demand Planning, and Order Fulfilment.Drive adoption of global template standards while balancing local business and regulatory requirements.Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and optimize business processes leveraging industry best practices and D365 capabilities. Solution Design & DeliveryOwn functional solution design for SCM processes across multiple APAC business units.Lead requirements discovery workshops with senior stakeholders.Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend scalable solutions.Collaborate with architects, technical consultants, data specialists and integration teams. Stakeholder EngagementServe as trusted advisor to operations, supply chain, procurement and manufacturing leaders.Influence decisions through solution recommendations and risk assessments.Build strong regional and global stakeholder partnerships. Continuous ImprovementLead post-go-live optimization initiatives.Drive adoption of Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform and AI-enabled capabilities.Contribute to ERP roadmap planning. Application LandscapeD365 F&O, regional localizations, Microsoft Fabric, e-Commerce, EDI, banking, e-Invoicing and integrated enterprise applications supporting approximately 3,000 users. Required Experience8–12+ years of consulting or business transformation experience.Minimum 5 years of hands-on D365 Finance & Operations SCM experience.Experience leading regional ERP deployments across multiple countries.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in English and Chinese. Functional ExpertiseProcurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, Order Management, Master Planning, Demand Forecasting, Logistics & Distribution and Intercompany Operations. Preferred Experience & CertificationsManufacturing, APAC localizations, Power Platform, Power BI, EDI integrations and Microsoft certifications in D365 SCM and Power Platform. Show more Show less
