TechOhana have partnered with a highly esteemed Belgian organisation to appoint an ERP Consultant. The organisation begins a three-year Dynamics 365 implementation in early 2027, moving from AX2012 and a range of custom-built legacy applications. The first phase covers administration and finance, followed by the industrial and operational side of the business. They are building internal ERP ownership for the long term, and this role sits at the centre of it. You'll be working in a project team of 10+ people and the IT team consists of 50+ people. Process optimisation will be running alongside of the implementation. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲: As a consultant you will support, optimise and develop the Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management environment. You will translate business processes into workable ERP solutions, coordinate with the PM, business process owners and external partners, and contribute to the process optimisation and change management workstreams running in parallel. Billing and payroll processes are early priorities. Day to day, that includes planning and reporting on ERP projects, resolving complex incidents, writing procedures and training material for end users, etc. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: • Experience configuring, implementing or supporting Dynamics 365 F&O or Dynamics AX, or equivalent depth on another major ERP • A working understanding of finance, supply chain, production, planning and/or purchasing processes • Fluent Dutch• A bachelor's degree in IT or a related field 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿: • Permanent, internal position • Involvement from the first phase of a multi-year ERP programme • An IT function of around 55, including a dedicated ERP project team • A secure, stable and financially healthy environment You don't need to tick every box.
