If this sounds like an environment where you’ll thrive, join us on our journey to advance the technological world through innovation and creativity.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (D365 FSCM) Manufacturing and Master Planning implementations.Conduct business process workshops, gather requirements, and perform fit-gap analysis with production, planning, and supply chain stakeholders.Configure and implement Production Control, Master Planning, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, BOMs, Routes, Resource Groups, and Production Parameters.Design and optimize production scheduling, capacity planning, finite scheduling, and shop-floor execution processes.Create functional design documents, process flows, solution documentation, and support integration, customization, and data migration activities.Lead testing activities (SIT/UAT/SAT), cutover planning, go-live execution, hypercare support, and user training.Collaborate with business users, solution architects, developers, and project managers to deliver scalable manufacturing solutions aligned with Microsoft best practices.Mentor junior consultants and contribute to project estimation, governance, and quality delivery.Required Skills & Experience5+ years of ERP consulting experience, preferably in Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM or Dynamics AX 2012, specializing in Manufacturing and Planning.Proven experience in at least 3-4 full-cycle ERP/D365 implementation projects.Strong functional expertise in:Production ControlMaster Planning (MRP)Capacity PlanningProduction Scheduling (Operation & Job Scheduling)Bills of Materials (BOM)Routes & Resource ManagementInventory & Warehouse ManagementShop Floor Execution / Production Floor Execution (PFE)Experience configuring and supporting discrete, process, or mixed-mode manufacturing environments.Strong knowledge of planning workspaces, reporting, analytics, and manufacturing best practices within D365 FSCM.Experience in data migration, testing, cutover, go-live, and post-implementation support.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a client-facing consulting environment.__________________We promote equal opportunities for all employees, regardless of their cultural and social background, gender, disability, age, religion, beliefs, and sexual identity.
