The Tech Lead will design and guide delivery of custom Copilots and AI agents, integrate conversational AI into business workflows, and set technical standards for a delivery team working across CRM, Power Platform, and Azure. This is a hands-on technical leadership position requiring deep CRM/XRM engineering experience combined with emerging AI/Copilot skills — a combination that is relatively rare in the market and will likely be the biggest sourcing challenge.
