No C2C, independent contractors or third-party submissions.Location: Remote, USAEmployment: Full-time, Permanent (W-2)Salary: Up to $140,000 + bonusThe OpportunityAn established Microsoft Dynamics Partner is expanding its Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) practice and looking for an experienced Functional Consultant to join its team.This is an opportunity to work on new implementations, system enhancements and Power Platform projects, with direct client involvement and support from experienced Developers and Solution Architects.What You'll Be DoingDeliver Dynamics 365 CE implementations, from requirements gathering through configuration, testing and go-live.Configure Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service or Field Service applications.Lead or support client workshops, gathering requirements and translating them into functional solutions.Work with Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse to improve business processes.Collaborate with Developers and Solution Architects on integrations and customisations.Support data migration, user training and post-go-live activities.What We're Looking For4+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.Hands-on implementation and functional configuration experience.Knowledge of at least one CE application: Sales, Customer Service or Field Service.Experience gathering requirements and working directly with clients.Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.Power Platform experience and previous Microsoft Partner experience are advantageous.What's on OfferUp to $140,000 + bonus.Fully remote working across the USA.Paid time off and company holidays.Medical, dental and vision insurance.401(k) retirement plan.Microsoft certification support and career progression.Collaborative delivery team and a strong pipeline of implementation projects.US Employment RequirementsApplicants must reside in the United States and be authorised to work without current or future employer sponsorship.Direct-hire W-2 position only.
