Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.Develop and maintain C# plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript customizations, and business rules.Work with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with internal and external applications using APIs and other integration technologies.Translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable CRM solutions.Perform troubleshooting, debugging, performance optimization, testing, and production support.Support solution deployment, system upgrades, data migration, and release management.Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, developers, and technical teams.Additional responsibilities for Lead / Architect positions:Lead technical teams and oversee development quality and delivery.Define CRM solution architecture, technical standards, integration design, and best practices.Review technical designs and code, resolve complex issues, and guide developers.Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, maintainability, and performance requirements.RequirementsDegree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CRM.Experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, plugins, custom workflows, and CRM customization.Knowledge of Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, APIs, and system integrations.Experience with CRM implementation, enhancements, troubleshooting, and deployment.Role-specific expectations:Developer: Strong hands-on coding, customization, debugging, and integration experience.Technical Lead: Strong development background with technical leadership and code review experience.Solution Architect: Proven solution design, architecture, integration, and technical decision-making experience.
