The ideal candidate will be proficient in SQL Server, SSIS, and SSRS, with the ability to design, develop, test, and maintain data integration and reporting solutions. Experience with Power BI is preferred. Requirements• 0-2 years working in a SQL Support or Development role • Proficient with MS SQL server and Reporting Services • Good knowledge on Microsoft Applications • Working knowledge of troubleshooting basic SISIS and Reporting issues • Excellent customer interfacing skills is a must • Should possess good interpersonal and communication skills Responsibilities• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain SSIS packages & ETL processes using Microsoft BI tools. • Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and database objects to support business requirements. • Create, maintain, and enhance SSRS reports, dashboards, and reporting solutions. • Perform data analysis, data validation, and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy and integrity. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and development teams to gather requirements and deliver BI solutions. • Monitor and optimize ETL and reporting performance. • Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities. • Maintain technical documentation for BI solutions and processes. • Support data warehousing and reporting initiatives across the organization. • Maintain support documentation, including technical configuration information and process flows. • Resolve issues by working with other System Support Admin team members and cross-departmental teams, application developers, vendors, network and database administrators. • Solve moderately complex problem situations and participate in the identification of opportunities for improvement to processes, procedures, or tools.
