We are now expanding our team and looking for an experienced Senior D365 Consultant specializing in Project Management and Accounting (PMA) / Project Operations.Role Description The Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant (Project Operations / PMA) is a freelance consulting role, 100% remote, for a professional with 7–8 years of experience. It is ideal for someone who enjoys leading complex implementations, bridging the gap between business and technology, and driving digital transformation. The consultant will:Lead the end-to-end design, configuration and deployment of D365 Project Operations (PMA).Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into Functional Design Documents (FDD).Configure and optimize project contracts, billing, resource scheduling and expense management.Ensure seamless integration between Project Operations and D365 Finance & Operations (F&O).Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), conduct end-user training and provide post-go-live support.Collaborate with technical developers to design custom solutions and mentor junior team members.Qualifications7–8 years of hands-on experience in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.Deep functional expertise in D365 Project Operations / Project Service Automation (PSA) and Financials.Proven track record of leading full-cycle D365 implementations in a consulting capacity.Strong understanding of project accounting, revenue recognition and resource utilization.Excellent client-facing, stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams and communicate complex concepts clearly.Bonus: Active D365 Finance or Project Operations certifications.Employment DetailsLocation: 100% RemoteExperience: 7–8 yearsEmployment type: Freelance ConsultantHow to Apply Send your updated resume to [[email protected]] with the subject line “D365 PMA Consultant - [Your Name]”, or DM me directly.
