🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central Techno-Functional ConsultantAre you a hands-on NAV / Business Central expert who is equally comfortable configuring Finance and Supply Chain processes as writing AL code? We are looking for a Senior Techno-Functional Consultant with 8-10+ years of experience to deliver implementations, upgrades, integrations, and support across Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central environments.📍 Role Overview This is an individual-contributor role for a seasoned specialist. You will own solutions end to end: understanding the business process, designing the fix, building it, and supporting it in production. You will work directly with clients and be the go-to expert on both the functional and technical side.✅ Key ResponsibilitiesGather and analyze business requirements, then design and build solutions that fit standard NAV/BC processes.Configure and support Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Service Management modules.Develop and maintain AL extensions, customizations, APIs, and web service integrations.Carry out NAV to Business Central upgrades, data migrations, and cloud migrations.Write and optimize SQL queries, troubleshoot performance issues, and resolve data problems.Build and modify RDLC / Word reports.Diagnose and resolve complex functional and technical issues in live environments.Prepare functional and technical design documents, test scenarios, and user guides.Conduct user training, UAT support, and go-live support.Provide effort estimates and contribute to solution demonstrations.🔧 Required Skills & Experience8-10+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central.Strong functional depth in Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Service Management.Solid development skills in C/AL and AL, Extensions, Events, APIs, OData / SOAP Web Services, and RDLC Reports.Proven experience with NAV to Business Central upgrades (on-prem and SaaS).Strong SQL Server knowledge, including performance tuning and data troubleshooting.Understanding of Azure, Power Platform, and Business Central SaaS architecture.Ability to work independently and handle multiple client requirements at once.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.🌟 Preferred QualificationsMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certifications.Experience with Power Automate, Power BI, or Azure integrations with BC.Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments.💡 Why Join Us?Work on challenging ERP projects for global clients across diverse industries.Hands-on technical and functional work, not just coordination.Collaborative and learning-focused environment.📩 If you’re a senior NAV / Business Central professional who knows both the business processes and the code behind them, we’d love to hear from you!
