Job RequirementsRole Summary:We are seeking a Senior Power Platform & GenAI Engineer to design and implement custom Generative AI solutions using Azure OpenAI, and integrate them into SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and enterprise workflows. This role goes beyond Copilot Studio and AI Builder, focusing on custom LLM orchestration, RAG architectures, and secure enterprise AI integration with Power Platform.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerative AI Engineering:Design and build custom GenAI services using Azure OpenAI , AWS Bedrock etc.Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) using enterprise data sourcesBuild and manage embedding pipelines for documents and structured dataDevelop advanced prompt strategies, function calling, and tool orchestrationImplement hallucination control, grounding, and response validationAI Governance & OperationsDefine AI evaluation metrics and testing strategiesImplement prompt versioning and model governanceEnsure compliance with Responsible AI and enterprise security standardsCreate technical documentation and solution design artifactsRequired Skills & Experience10+ years of software engineering experience (Python / C# / Node.js)Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI ServiceStrong understanding of:LLM behavior and limitationsEmbeddings and similarity searchRAG architecturesExperience integrating APIs with Power PlatformExperience building Power Platform solutions.
