## About the Role

### Administration and Support Technique

- Management of SharePoint sites, document libraries, lists, workflows and permissions
- Resolution of technical incidents (access, synchronization, file sharing, permission conflicts)
- Supervision of data migrations
- Automation via Power Automate and PowerShell

### Support Utilisateurs

- Training and support for users, writing guides, N2/N3 support, collaboration with Microsoft 365 teams

### Optimisation et Évolution

- Proposal of improvements, participation in technical roadmap, analysis of usage metrics

## Qualifications

**Education and Experience:**

- Bac+2/3 in computer science or telecommunications + 2 to 3 years of experience in SharePoint/OneDrive administration or Microsoft 365

**Technical Skills:**

- SharePoint Online administration, OneDrive, Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, Power Platform), PowerShell, Power Automate, DLP policies, encryption, MFA, Conditional Access, migration tools (ShareGate, AvePoint), DNS/proxy knowledge

**Functional Skills:**

- Project management, user support, technical analysis

**Soft Skills:**

- Autonomy, reactivity, team spirit, service-oriented mindset, technical English
