Job Title: SharePoint Online & Power Platform DeveloperLocation: Happiest Minds, AustinYears of Experience: 6-8 YearsJob Summary: We are seeking a motivated SharePoint Online & Power Platform Developer to join our team. In this role, you will design and implement modern M365 solutions that enhance business processes and improve operational efficiency. You will be responsible for developing custom SharePoint Framework (SPFx) components, creating Power Platform applications, and automating administrative tasks through robust PowerShell scripting.Key ResponsibilitiesPowerShell Automation: Write PnP PowerShell and Microsoft Graph scripts to automate site provisioning, perform administrative actions, execute bulk data updates, and conduct security governance checks.SharePoint Development: Build custom web parts and extensions using SPFx, React, TypeScript, and REST/Graph APIs to meet business requirements.Power Platform: Design and develop Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, and create automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline processes.Migration & Administration: Assist with SharePoint Online site management, manage permissions, and facilitate data migrations using SharePoint Migration Tool (SPMT) or third-party tools.Mandatory SkillsAdvanced proficiency with PnP PowerShell and Microsoft.Graph PowerShell SDK.Experience with Modern SharePoint, SPFx, React, TypeScript, C#, and Microsoft Graph API.Familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.Deal Breaker Skill: Proven experience with SharePoint Online.Preferred SkillsUnderstanding of enterprise-level SharePoint governance and best practices.Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Relevant certifications in Microsoft technologies are a plus.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.If you are passionate about leveraging technology to drive business success and meet the qualifications outlined above, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Sharepoint Online, Microsoft Graph API, Microsoft Power Platform Show more Show less
