SharePoint Online & Power Platform Migration ConsultantLocation: BangaloreMode : HybridJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced SharePoint Online and Power Platform Migration Consultant with strong expertise in tenant-to-tenant migrations, ShareGate, Power Platform migration, AI Builder, and PowerShell-based automation.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and validating large-scale Microsoft 365 migration projects, with a strong focus on data integrity, security, automation, and minimal business disruption.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute SharePoint Online and Power Platform tenant-to-tenant migrations.Perform large-scale content and workload migrations using ShareGate and other Microsoft 365 migration tools.Migrate and validate Power Platform components, including Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and related solutions.Support AI Builder migration and configuration as part of Power Platform migration initiatives.Develop and implement PowerShell scripts to automate migration, validation, reporting, and administrative tasks.Assess existing Microsoft 365 environments and develop detailed migration strategies and execution plans.Perform pre-migration assessments, dependency analysis, data validation, and post-migration verification.Troubleshoot migration issues and ensure successful resolution with minimal impact to business operations.Ensure migrated content, permissions, metadata, configurations, and dependencies are accurately preserved.Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers throughout the migration lifecycle.Prepare migration documentation, status reports, validation reports, and operational runbooks.Ensure migration activities follow Microsoft 365 security, governance, and compliance best practices.Required Skills & ExperienceStrong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.Proven experience with tenant-to-tenant migrations.Expertise in ShareGate for SharePoint and Microsoft 365 migrations.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including:Power AppsPower AutomatePower Platform SolutionsAI BuilderStrong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.Experience planning and executing large-scale migration projects.Strong understanding of SharePoint permissions, metadata, content structures, and dependencies.Experience with migration testing, validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
