## About the role

Join our Microsoft Business Applications Practice and take a key role in developing our expertise around Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot and AI.

As a Team Lead, you support a team of developers and act as technical reference on Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform projects. You contribute to defining development standards, continuously improving software engineering practices and adopting the most innovative Microsoft technologies.

## Key responsibilities

- Guide and develop the skills of a team of developers
- Ensure technical quality of developments and deliverables
- Participate in architecture choices and technical directions
- Oversee Dynamics 365, Power Platform developments and associated integrations
- Promote good DevOps, CI/CD, GitHub and application security practices
- Support adoption of GitHub Copilot, Copilot Studio and AI uses in projects
- Contribute to capitalisation and industrialisation of technical assets

## Technical environment

## Requirements

- Minimum 8 years' experience in development, integration or architecture of Microsoft Business Applications solutions
- Significant experience with Dynamics 365 CE and/or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Strong command of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft architectures and application integrations
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, GitHub and software quality
- Knowledge of AI uses applied to development (GitHub Copilot, Copilot Studio, generative AI)
- Experience in technical leadership, lead technical role or team management
- Ability to define development standards and support team skills development
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in complex environments
